Adeola Babatunde is the CEO of David Daniels consultancy Ltd. He has built a premier consultancy in the diversity management as a core strategy. His unique approach combines the disciplines of change management strategy implementation which produces sustainable outcomes for his clients.

He is an expert in corporate community/stakeholder engagement. He has worked in the private, Voluntary and public sector on wide range of subject matters with specialisation in diversity, performance management, career mapping, strategy Resourcing and project management. He holds LLB degree in Law at the University of East London and a masters degree in Law (International Human Rights) from the same University.

He is known to be the first African to produce an educational training series for he Black Minority Ethnic (BME) in the United Kingdom. For the positive changes he has brought through training and counselling to the people from the Black minority Ethnic living in the UK, he was given award of excellence in 2005.

Adeola is a gifted orator, author of many books on Leadership and management and a challenger of excellence. He is also a prolific and charismatic Chairman of many Companies namely, David Daniels & Associates (UK), David Daniels properties, Love 2 work Organisation, Debbie La Rose Ltd(UK) etc.

Mr Babatunde is a member of many International Legal bodies such as The Law society (UK), Joint council for the Welfare of Immigrants(JCWI,UK) etc
